Screening Resources

Screening Resources

Over 5 million individuals visit Mental Health America’s Screening site every year. MHA Screening supports these individuals by providing an anonymous and confidential place to explore their symptoms, to learn more about mental health, and to get access to treatment.

To educate the public and promote the expansion of peer support, MHA runs the Center for Peer Support (CPS).

May is Mental Health Month, and each year MHA develops resources for our affiliates and advocates to promote mental health awareness and well-being.

BIPOC Mental Health Month takes place in July and recognizes the particular issues Black, Indigenous, and People of Color communities face with mental health.

Pride Month takes place in June and recognizes and celebrates the specific challenges the LGBTQ+ community faces when it comes to mental health.

National Family Caregivers Month is recognized in November, and MHA tries to provide additional resources for caregivers during this month.

Brand new this year, MHA worked with Walgreens to develop the Workplace Mental Health Toolkit, a collection of resources for employers to help them make their workplace more mentally healthy.
